CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: bright straw yellow.
Scent: opens with hints of jasmine, followed by the scent of pears, citrus peel and fresh almonds.
Flavour: dry with a pleasant citrus base.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Perfect with seafood starters, risottos, vegetables and delicate white meat.
Serve at 8-10 °C, open when ready to serve.
